Rustic Haven is a charming cabin with new furnishings and modern touches. You'll be about 11 miles from Sierra-at-Tahoe and the Heavenly Village. Enjoy the beaches by Heavenly in the warmer days or ski/snowboard down the mountain in the winter! Nightlife can be found in the casinos by stateline.

Enter through the living room where you'll find comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). Light up the wood-burning fireplace on chillier nights and gather around with some hot cocoa!

The spacious yard is a great place to enjoy the day grilling up burgers on the gas BBQ. Take a soak in the hot tub after a long drive up the mountains or get some friendly competition going over the cornhole! In the night, set the mood and turn on the string lights to enjoy conversation under the stars.

Take a few steps to the kitchen where you can cook up delicious homemade meals. The kitchen comes equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, kettle, and more! Sit around the dining table for 5 when dinner's ready to be served. Additional seating can be found by the bar for 4.

Upstairs, you'll find the loft, the main bedroom, and a full bathroom. The loft has a desk, great for those who need to work from home! The main bedroom has a King bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, great for kids!

There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
