The garden has been landscaped with a lawn, flower beds, trees, patio and summer house which you are welcome to relax in. The property is conveniently located 1 minute walk from a train station offering easy access to all areas of London, or a 15 minute journey to Elephant and Castle. Parking is available.

Spanning over 2,000 sq.ft is this substantial and impressive semi-detached Edwardian home in leafy South East London. You will have the entire property to yourself.

Although the house has 6 bedrooms, only 4 are fully set up for guests, sleeping 8 people in total. There are 3 full bathrooms and an additional toilet downstairs.

The house has been tastefully renovated whilst maintaining its original period features including; high ceilings, cornicing, stained glass windows and stunning fireplaces. In the front room there is a gas fireplace which makes a cosy reading area when the weather is cooler. We have many books if guests would like to borrow, also a guitar if you are musically gifted!

To the rear is a landscaped garden, including a patio area, lawn, flower beds, mature shrubs & summer house. When the sun is shining this garden really is the place to be - whether you're having drinks and a BBQ or relaxing with a book in the summer house. We welcome guests to use our BBQ when they please. We have plenty of outdoor blankets if you wish to relax on the lawn, and books on the bookshelf on the 2nd floor.

There is off street parking to the front for two cars subject to availability and also off street parking.

If you are staying for longer than two nights, the property will be serviced with regular cleaning by our housekeeper or property manager to make sure the property is clean & to ensure your stay will be as comfortable as possible.

Along with a train station with fast access to Central London, we have an array of small shops- cafe's, beauty salon, and small supermarket all within 1 minute walk from the property. There is a lovely local pub with great food that also houses a cinema!

If you would like more shopping you can walk 20 minutes or take the bus down to 2 bigger local towns, both with different qualities. Beckenham- a more upmarket town with great restaurants, or Catford - an authentic South East London experience with a fabulous market plenty other hidden gems. Bromley town centre is 8 mins away and offers a full high street shopping experience with great restaurants and a beautiful art deco designed cinema.

Parks:
Forster park is a 5 minute walk from the property and has small woodland.

Beckenham Place Park is within walking distance, and is a very large beautiful park with hills, meadows, and a natural swimming lake. Art and yoga classes are also taker experience with a fabulous market and hidden gems

Attractions:

Greenwich: tourist hot spot, millenium dome and historical sights are withing short distance.

Vibrant Peckham is a very fashionable area of London now a has a variety of great restaurants, live music, bars & nightclubs sure to see some interesting street style here
