Enjoy a private new clean studio with lots of amenities. This new construction 225 square room addition has one bed, LCD TV, hardwood floors and ceilings, impact windows, and cute as a button. Part of a 1925 house designed to look like a 1925 cottage house. It is small, but finishes are high end . Bathroom features all marble shower, Koehler vintage toilet and vanity.
Bike Trail is down the block.

There is no kitchen or oven, but offers fine appliances for preparing meals

This is a small studio room. You have private entrance, however there is a property manager who lives in the main house and a friend in the garage apartment on the property. Both friendly and helpful. The best part of this rental is that it is only 4.1 miles bicycle ride to Clearwater Beach, Pinellas Trail just down the block,
This rental is very small but a good value to be so close to the beaches.
No kitchen but fine appliances for meal preparation including DeLongi electric grill, crockpot, 110 volt hot plate, microwave, quality toaster oven coffee pot, outdoor bbq grill.

There is another Tiny House in the fenced tropical backyard

Not suitable for persons with allergies or any health issues, as this is a pet friendly property Would not be good for persons needing assistance to walk up steps or cannot be on their own. We do not cater to persons with drug or alcohol problems or trouble makers. No refund for early departures or evictions.

Best part of Largo is that it is just 4.1 miles from Clearwater Beach, best beach in America, and 2 blocks from the entrance of the PInellas Trail which is an amazing bike trail You can ride on a walk , bicycle and only 4.1 miles or 10 minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 miles north to World Famous Tarpon Springs, or 2o miles south to St. Petersburg beaches. The trail goes over the waterways with no cars to Clearwater Beach has lots of bridges over waterways and highways,is free and lots of fun.

Largo is an working class community with lots of antique shops just a few blocks walk and Central Park , but not an upscale city. Great vintage 1920 s houses nearby, but not for the very well to do. That is why rental are very cheap in Largo. Largo offers value driven rentals because it is not upscale, but great value so close to world class beaches and cities.

You would choose to stay in Largo for the great value and being so close to the best beach in America Clearwater Beach 4.1 miles and fantastic nightlife in St Petersburg or Tampa.

Originally from New Jersey, I have enjoyed my youth at the Jersey Shore. Now I am fortunate to live the dream in Clearwater Beach. I enjoy taking my guests out on my boat and showing them how to enjoy the Salt Life. Living at the beach, I enjoy swimming in warm water all summer, enjoy socializing with my congenial like minded neighbors, and enjoy the fresh food and beach style ambiance at the resturants on this wonderful island.
In the past, I have been l a licensed Doctor more than 40 years, now retired, and in my second career. During my younger years I have traveled all around the world dozens of time, enjoying scuba diving from Caymans to Bali, dozens of jungle trecks in South America and through Costa RIca. Appreciate the art and history, I have been to most European Countries. After so much travel , I have found the best of everything is right here in my own backyard.
I have managed Clearwater Cottages for more than 10 years, and enjoy showing my guests how to enjoy the Salt Life. I enjoy meeting guests from all around our great country and all around the world.

You have private entrance to backyard and entrance to your tiny house. The property manager lives in the main house and you are welcome to meet with him or have complete privacy. Dominich is a caretaker for our Beach Cottages . Also a wealth of knowledge on the best places to ride bikes, bars, and beaches. He has a very small friendly pet dog which does not access the gated area.
There also is a friend in the garage apartment
