Spread across half an acre of water view land, this AC cottage with private plunge pool consists of 3 bedrooms with attached bath and a living area. The cottage is equipped with power back up, LED television with cable, hot water, fresh linens, outdoor dining setup and onsite caretaker. Food is also available at the property on order basis and prepared from nearby restaurant. Special arrangements like BBQ can also be arranged at extra cost.

The place includes 3 bedrooms with double bed and attached bathroom. The place has a big living area with windows overlooking the beautiful Pavana lake. The entrance of the cottage extends into a beautiful garden.

The property has 3 rooms with AC. The living room does not have AC.
All the three room are equipped with towels, hot-water, and soap.

Barbecue and bonfire can be arranged on request, however subject to availability. Kindly check with caretaker in advance.

The location has some beautiful exotic view points to enjoy along the border of the Pavna lake. A small famous hotel "The Pavna View Point" is just walking distance from our location if one wants to dine or snack overlooking the dam.

Excellent Trekking trails are around the nearby area. Lohagadh Fort is just 2.4 KM from Pavna Lake. Its perfect blend of adventure and history.
Some of the other tracking places are Tung Fort and Tikona Fort that are good points for adventurous visit.

Hosting has taught me to be a better person by heart, helped me make new friends and be introduced to various cultures. Travelling as a backpacker has made me strong to deal with various situations in life, be in love with mother nature and meet people with similar interests. Travelling with airbnb lets me have a home and be taken care of anywhere around the world and being very fascinated to the very concept of airbnb, i decided to be a host myself. I am a host to various listings in Pune and Lonavala which include private rooms, entire homes and vacation homes as well.
I prefer conversations about conscious and responsible living, yoga, self sustaining practises, sattvik lifestyle and out of the box ideas are always welcome.
I love to trek in the himalayas and i have trekked different regions of northern India like Leh, HP and Uttaranchal. I have also gone hiking and trekking in the arctic alps in Norway and have traveled for leisure to Norway, Copenhagen, Sweden, Thailand, China, Neitherland, Italy, France and London.
I prefer hearing mood altering music genre’s like ambient/chill/indian and western classical and my favorite artists include Anushka Shankar, carbon based life forms and Prem Joshua.
I am experimental towards food and drinks and have no personal favourites.
I finished studying law a few years ago.
I stay in pune in with my wife and parents. I wish to spread the concept of airbnb and be a host to all the sweet people on this community.
