This Apartment is ideally located in the center of Sainte Anne, a 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Sainte Anne and 5 minutes also from all local shops (bakery, butcher, contact intersection, tobacco bar, market etc ...). It is very easy to access and has private parking in a quiet and secure residence.

The 60 m2 (650 Sq Ft) apartment, composed of 3 independent rooms, has just been refurbished with decoration and an atmosphere of the West Indies. Fully furnished and new, it can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and their children.

It faces south, and is very bright and sunny most of the day.

There is a total of 3 beds in the apartment: 1 double bed (160 x 190) and 2 single beds (90 x 190) that can be pushed together.

- Living room with a 3-seater sofa, a friendly table, flat screen TV.

-Modern kitchen open to the living room fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

-Bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and a double sink cabinet.

-Small laundry room with washing machine.

-A balcony will offer you the opportunity to enjoy your breakfast and enjoy the view of the tropical garden that surrounds the residence.

Internet and wifi throughout the apartment.

The environment is very quiet (double glazing) and the residence in which the apartment is located has direct access to the sea (see photo). This is to allow you to enjoy in all privacy and tranquility the magnificent turquoise blue lagoon of the seaside town of Sainte Anne formed by a coral reef.
