A charming stone cottage situated above the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Mountainside grounds with hot tub & summer house to enjoy the Snowdonia mountains views. On the doorstep is Zip World, Bounce Below, Antur Stiniog mountain cycling centre which is just 10 minutes drive away from the cottage. Snowdon is a 30 minute drive away from this cottage.

Charmingly restored detached stone cottage with 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, Kitchen and living Room downstairs:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (1st Floor).
Bedroom 2: Double bed (1st Floor).
Bedroom 3: Small bedroom with a single bed with storage under the bed for clothes (1st Floor).

There is no stairgate at this cottage. However, a Cot & High Chair are available on request only, once requested the owner will put them in the cottage for you. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

BEDLINEN: Yes included.
TOWELS: Yes included. However, please bring your own towels to use at the outside hot tub.

BATHROOM/WC: downstairs contemporary white bathroom suite with shower over modern bath (Ground Floor).

LOUNGE/DINER: Stylish room with leather sofa and chair, flatscreen TV and multi-fuel stove, dining table for 4 (Ground Floor).

KITCHEN: Cooker, fridge, microwave, fitted units (Ground Floor).

UTILITY CUPBOARD: Washer/Dryer (Ground Floor - in the cupboard under the staircase).

HEATING: Programmable ceramic electric heating with timer in all rooms.

GARDEN: Rambling grounds on a hill. To get to the garden you have to walk up wooden stairs from the car park area.

1) Hot Tub Area: Right at the back of the garden is the decking area for a hot tub. This decking area has a roof.

Please note that IF there are guest leaving the same day as new guest arriving the water in the hot tub will need to be changed. It will take time for the hot tub to get ‘hot’ again for the next guests. It will become hot enough after 6am the following day.

2) Decking Area: there is a small decking area with seating for 4 people close to the cottage.

3) Summer House: above the Decking Area & Cottage is the Summer House with views of Snowdonia mountain and sunsets. Due to being on top of a cliff it's a bit of a scramble to get there.

4) SHED: next to the cottage is a shed with freezer and room to store bikes. You need to go up wooden steps from the car park area to get to the shed.

Unfortunately due to the terrain of the garden it is not enclosed with fencing/walls all the way around. it isn't a garden that is suitable to leave your dog in unattended.

PETS: We only accept 1 dog at this property at an extra charge of £20.

PARKING: Please note that due to this cottage location in the mountains there are small country lane with one 90 degrees turn before you reach the car park area. After this turning the cottage will be the 1st on your right hand side. You park your car the same side of the road as the cottage. Allocated parking for 1 large car or 2 small cars outside the cottage. The parking around is between the front door and the wooden staircase up to the garden.

ELECTRIC CAR CUSTOMERS: There is a electric car charging point on the cottage which you will need to pay extra for. The electric car charging point is £40 per week or £6 per day. Please tell us if you want to charging point to be switched on for you when you make the booking and we will add on the extra admin charge onto your booking.

The waterfall referred to is next to the road before you reach the cottage.

Situated down a narrow lane above the town in an area known locally as 'Fuches Wen' with a footpath from the doorstep down to the town. The waterfall referred to is above the road before you reach this cottage.

On the doorstep is Zip World: Titan, Bounce Below and Antur Stiniog mountain cycling centre which is just 10 minutes drive away from the cottage .

Superb central mountain position, just 30 minutes drive from the Cambrian coastline, Harlech town with a cliff top castle and Porthmadog harbour town with famous steam engines and trains.

The North Wales coast is 45 minutes to Conwy harbour and castle, Llandudno pier and large town.

Snowdon is a 30 minute drive through the high Crimea Pass to Betws y Coed and about a further 20 minutes to the beautiful National Trust Bodnant Gardens.

Accredited Agency, we, Snowdonia Tourist Services Ltd, have to prove that our service to our guest clients is fair and honourable at all times and that the holiday properties we promote and hire to our guest clients are guaranteed to be equal or even better than, their advertised grading standard.

All of Snowdonia Tourist Services' holiday properties are regularly inspected by an independent grading officer from the Visit Wales department of the Welsh Assembly Government.
