Enjoy this cozy guest room within a duplex in Cleveland's eclectic Tremont neighborhood!!! This century home was completely renovated in 2017. You will be a 5 min walk from some best restaurants in the city, a 5 min drive from downtown, lakefront, Ohio City (Market District), 15 minutes from the airport & 10 from Gordon Square Arts District. Full access to kitchen, living room, and backyard patio included. WiFi, tea, and coffee provided. Streaming TV (Sling) and Netflix also included.

The room has set up primarily for guests. Kitchen is shared with me and updated with new appliances and stocked with all the pots and pans you need if you want to cook. The shared bathroom is HUGE! Living room is extremely comfortable with two couches and TV where you can interact with other guests from around the world or just chill. The outdoor deck in the back yard is perfect if you want to sip on a drink or read a book when the weather is nice!

Tremont is the best neighborhood in CLE (I am a little biased though...). It has a great combination of city and neighborhood. From the phenomenal restaurants to the more than a dozen old historic churches, Tremont is an extremely friendly and walk-able neighborhood that will leave you charmed.
