Free on-street parking. No permit needed. No problem parking in the day

Three, free, off-street car parks six minute walk from house.

PLEASE NOTE
There is no off street parking/drive at the house. Parking in Portsmouth is at a premium and parking near the house can get very busy after 17:00.

However, you can normally park somewhere on the street or surrounding streets and there are always spaces in the free car parks, five minutes walk from the house

WHAT I DON'T OFFER
This is a modest, terraced house in a densely populated city. It is not fancy and nor is the area. If you want an Instagram worthy finished house in an area with trendy bars, upper middle class coffee shops and a sea view, then this isn't the place.

Central, quiet location in Fratton/North End, yet minutes walk from loads of supermarkets, pubs (with live music/entertainment), restaurants, takeaways, cafes, banks, takeaways, main bus routes, and motorway access.

There is a petrol station two minutes from the house.

Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, Co-Op are 6 min walk away (see guide book for opening hours and location).

Dockyard & International Ferry 17 min walk.
