My home has the benefit of expanding your scene to both sides of Austin and Temple is provided by this fine luxury and ample comfort location near the Killeen Airport here in Texas. Just a few miles from the Highway and Killeen shopping mall and local restaurants around. This is a private room in a Five bedroom House.

** Bathroom **
The dedicated bathroom is conveniently located just inside your bedroom and is reserved for your use only. It has a stand up shower setup and Handicap accessible.
Enjoy the bathroom's complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body lotion, as well as hand towels and dental floss on hand.
We've also provided a few extra toothbrushes in case you forgot to bring your own.
The bathroom is completed by a single sink, mirror and turntable lighting, as well as a toilet with a handheld bidet spray and an ample supply of premium toilet paper.

You may use the living and dining areas as long as you clean up after yourself !
A 52" Smart TV is included in the living room (Youtube, Netflix)

** Kitchen - Limited Access **
I do not allow full-meal cooking for guest staying less then a week but you are welcome to warm your food.
Small fridge available in your room.
*** Checking In ***
Please keep in mind that the regular check-in time is 2 pm but early check in can be accommodated with a two days notice.

** Footwear Policy **
Please note that I do not allow outdoor footwear inside the house for hygiene and cleaning reasons, so please leave your footwear at the door.
(This allows me to keep cleaning fees low and the facility clean for everyone's benefit.)

There are no exceptions to the rule that no pets of any kind are permitted on the property.
** No children under 12 years old **
Please avoid booking this property if you are bringing children under 12 years of age.

** No parties or events **
Please do not do anything that will cause loud noises or disturbances to the house's residents or neighbors. Large gatherings, parties, and events, irresponsible use of TV volume, or any other act that causes loud noises and inconvenience to others in the house are examples.
