I'm a working mom in the beautiful Ashtabula County wine region with two wonderful (also hard working) adult children. One moved onto college and the other has completed college, got a job and got their own place.
This leaves us with what's now an "empty nest" country estate. Because keeping a beautiful home is my hobby, I love welcoming others so that they can enjoy what I've worked so hard to create over the years.
For fun we watch local basketball games and soccer matches as well as get energized by Jazzercise. We love to have dinners and visit the new wineries with my extended family also here in the region.
Because I was born and grew up in this region I'm well-prepared to give visitors tips on where to go and what to do.
Also, a note about Lavender, a plant that I personally love and feature in our home. I'm mentioning it because the Airbnb space is called "The Lavender Room." Lavender has been used for years to promote good health and well being. It also promotes calmness and serenity. I thoroughly enjoy studying natural ways to promote healthy living: it's a cherished hobby of mine.
