Kingston is a quiet suburb located halfway between the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast. There are many parks and trees nearby in the area.

The house is also in a very convenient location where the nearby Logan Central Plaza is located only 5min away by car and has all major retail/grocery shopping stores like Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Chemist Warehouse and more.

If you need to buy asian groceries, then the Korean supermarket "Hanaro BIG market" and other chinese grocery stores/butcher shops are located only 9min drive away in the nearby suburb of Underwood.

In case of an emergency, convenience stores, local pharmacy and a medical centre is located 4 min away by walking distance.

I am an Australian born Korean, born and raised in Sydney. I am also currently a student studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree at university and also working part-time as a bank teller. I love travelling to different parts of the world and I especially love trying different foods and experiencing other cultures. (My motto is food is life :D)
So far I have travelled to four countries ( Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore) and over ten different cities with my friends and family.

I have used airbnb since 2015 for all my travel accommodations and have loved using it due to the fact that you can find so many different options ranging from luxury beach houses to cozy family style homes. And Airbnb has now become my second job as well after turning part of my family home and family holiday house to spaces for guests.

I believe travelling has so many benefits for everyone. It definitely helps broaden people's horizon, creates unforgettable memories and allows you to understand more about yourself. For me personally, travelling helps me to keep going and get by each day and each year so that I can keep working hard and save up to explore a new destination next time. But I definitely know travelling can get VERY EXPENSIVE sometimes but I still believe EVERYONE deserves to travel. Therefore, my aim is to provide a clean and comfortable place for travellers (especially families) to use at an affordable price. To be honest, my guesthouses are definitely not 5 star luxury houses/apartments so if your looking for that then my guesthouses are definitely not suitable for you. However, if you need a basic but clean place that does the job and want to get great value for your money, then you are certainly welcome to book my guesthouse.

I don't use professional photography on any of my guesthouses and take all the photos myself using a galaxy s9+ smartphone. This is so that I can give you a better realistic picture of the guesthouse before you make your important decision.

If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding any of my guesthouses please feel free to message me. I will try my best to respond back within 2-3hours as long as I am not sleeping.

(P.S I have now been hosting on airbnb for one year now and I am continuously trying to improve my guesthouses as well as my communication with guests to provide a better service/experience for my guests. I am welcome to any constructive criticism for improvement so please let me know if you have any recommendations for me.)
