This is a beautiful studio apartment right in the heart of Mevagissey in a peaceful spot wrapped in a garden surrounded by trees it is a lovely tranquil space.
The studio apartment comes fully equipt with parking, private access and a very pretty Garden where you can enjoy the wildlife ! It is positioned near the church of Mevagissey .
The area is just a 5 minute walk to the harbour , shops pubs cafes and restaurants , museum and boats , yet away from the bustle and noise ! Bliss

Private access with it's own parking. Seating decking space directly from French patio doors, a beautiful private lawned area in a secluded garden in a peaceful space in the very heart of Mevagissey.
There is a slight incline into the beautiful harbour of Mevagissey.
Steps at the property take you from parking bay to the apartment.
Sadly this is unsuitable for wheelchair access or for those who would find steps uncomfortable.

The apartment sits right in the heart of the Unique and beautiful harbour fishing village of Mevagissey. Close to all coastal paths and amenities. Mevagissey is a historic working fishing harbour with plenty of charm. There are beautiful
Coastal walks near by such as Chapel Point at Portmellon just a half mile from Mevagissey harbour where coastal walks can be enjoyed the path goes to Gorran Haven and even as far way to the Roseland Peninsula an estimated 17 miles away.

Mevagissey has an inner harbour and outer harbour with a lighthouse, it is a working fishing harbour.
It has a secluded beach at the top of Mevagissey several steps down and only 600yrds from the accommodation.

A small harbour beach and access to the harbour on both sides full of cafes restaurants and shops a museum and an aquarium.

This wonderful working fishing harbour has tourist boats and a shuttle ferry to Fowey operate from the harbour which can be found on the right hand side of the harbour near the lighthouse , the ferry runs daily to and from Fowey in fair weather !

Within Mevagissey harbour you can find boat trips daily weather permitting.

The passenger ferry that runs daily throughout the season to Fowey harbour which sits upon a beautiful estuary.
There is also a coastal charter experience in a power boat rib with seating as seen in a photo that runs along the coast in and around Mevagissey showing the coastline and amongst other things an incredible Seal colony ,dolphins & basking sharks are often seen too!

If you are a keen Fishing Angler and want to hit the water for a deep sea catch Aquilla offers full day fishing charters.

Seascape is a beautiful wooden hulled motor sailing vessel.
Visitors can jump on every half an hour in fair weather in front of the Tavern bar area and take short trips around to chapel point and back, all boat trips are available at very reasonable rates. The vessel may leave the harbour from different areas due to the tide , when it’s low tide she leaves from the left hand side of the harbour beyond the harbour masters office !

There are wonderful raised lookout points above the harbour Pentilly and The Green it is a beautiful stretch with seating benches for you to take in the beautiful sea view and all the fishing boats and vessels entering the harbour.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan are just 1 mile away with a fantastic valley walk available should you prefer to walk. The world famous
Eden project is 6 miles away.
There are breath-taking Coastal walks and beautiful beaches & estates in the surrounding area such as the Caerhays Castle estate with its golden beach and castle.

From Caerhays you can drive to Portholland a quaint fishing village that sits right on the coastline & Veryn is also beautiful.

Charlestown to the West of Mevagissey is a beautiful historic harbour and well worth a visit travel time 20 mins 6 miles.

Mevagissey is a beautiful harbour village with a welcoming fishing community it is undoubtedly a great visit.
Its steeped in an incredible fishing history , which very much thrives today with a great community that value visitors greatly ,it has everything you need for a magical visit.

The space is private with parking.We can provide planned tours if you require . There is a cleaning option and bed changes upon request. A few steps take you from your parking space to your front door entrance to well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower & Bath. Lounge / bedroom area with built in wardrobe .
Tv , lounge area sofa and arm chair coffee table , dressing stand / work station. Books , cards , info on the area. Soft furnishings & outside blankets - spare towels & bedding.
Hand crafted cast iron double bed cotton sheets ect. This space has been put together with great thought for visitors creating a comfortable and creative space .
