Sleep in this room's queen sized bed that sits below an artisanal lamp made from coconut fibers and wire steel that depicts a local Mayan legend. The room has a private bath and french doors that open to the garden/pool area. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and bathroom, air conditioning and a mini fridge to keep your beverages cool

You can create your own delicious meals or share a meal with the other guests
The kitchen is stocked with professional quality cutlery and cookware, local spices and (everyone's favorite) a Pasquini espresso machine next to freshly ground, locally grown Oaxacan coffee. The indoor, professional grade shared kitchen also has an outdoor charcoal grill.

You can interact with me and/or the other guests as much or as little as you like. I live in a small, separate room full time and am always available to the guests in my home.
Some guests sleep here and and are gone all day. Others choose to spend their day by the pool relaxing.
Sometimes we share meals, sometimes everyone fends for themselves. It depends on everyone's individual preference

I came to Mexico in 2006 after owning and operating Sellwood Cycle Repair for 20 years in Portland, Oregon. Once here, I came across a mezcal producing village in the mountains of Oaxaca where families had been making the traditional beverage from a wild agave for generations. I soon found myself not only friends but in business with the producers and I now sell "Mezcal de Puta Madre" throughout México
