Old tobacco dryer just renovated, located in a large farm on the banks of the river Nestore. Surrounded by olive trees in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, the apartment is located on the upper floor of the structure, with views of hills, fields and villages. The space is large, bright, quiet and surrounded. The furniture is completely renovated but in perfect symbiosis with the ancient history of the dryer. "Comfort" and "Design" are the watchwords.

The space offered is ideal for anyone who feels the need to relax at 360 degrees between moments of total relaxation and long walks in the green. It is ideal for those who want to lower the sounds of the city to replace them with those of nature.
In the apartment there is a double bed (2 guests) and on request it is possible to add a sofa bed for two more people.
Morcella is an ancient village whose remote history is already mentioned in 900 BC, is located on the hills surrounding the valley crossed by the river Nestore. It is part of the municipality of Marsciano, whose green territory offers the typical hills dotted with ancient villages and beautiful medieval castles all to be discovered. All the main Umbrian beauties are easily reachable through the Marsciano road or thanks to the entrance of the super road "Marsciano". The places in the vicinity that arouse more interest and richer in history are for example Todi, Castello di Migliano, Monte Castello di Vibio, Orvieto, San Venanzo, Civitella dei Conti. The magnificent Umbrian capital, Perugia, is only 17 km away and Lake Trasimeno (bathing, with many beaches and opportunities to practice various water sports) is 36. Not to be missed are the numerous events especially in the summer season that animate our region from country festivals to international festivals such as Umbria Jazz.

Lo spazio offerto è ideale per chiunque sente il bisogno di rilassarsi a 360 gradi tra momenti di totale relax e lunghe passeggiate nel verde. E' ideale per chi vuole abbassare i suoni della città per sostituirli con quelli della natura.
Nel loft sono presenti due letti matrimoniali (4 ospiti) e su richiesta è possibile l'aggiunta di un divano letto per altre 2 persone.
Morcella è un antico borgo la cui storia remota è citata già nel 900 a.C, si trova sulle colline circostanti dalla valle solcata dal fiume Nestore. Fa parte del comune di Marsciano, il cui verde territorio propone le tipiche colline disseminate di antichi borghi e meravigliosi castelli medievali tutti da scoprire. Tutte le principali bellezze umbre sono facilmente raggiungibili attraverso la strada marscianese o grazie all'ingresso della super strada "Marsciano". I luoghi nelle vicinanze che suscitano maggiore interesse e più ricchi di storia sono ad esempio Todi, Castello di Migliano, Monte Castello di Vibio, Orvieto, San Venanzo, Civitella dei Conti. Il magnifico capoluogo umbro, Perugia, si trova a soli 17 km e il Lago Trasimeno ( balneabile, con numerose spiagge e possibilità di praticare diversi sport acquatici) ne dista 36. Imperdibili sono i numerosi eventi specialmente nella stagione estiva che animano la nostra regione dalle feste paesane a festival internazionali come Umbria Jazz.

Ciao, siamo Sandra e Francesca, due sorelle di Perugia e abbiamo la fortuna di poter vivere in un contesto straordinario come la campagna umbra. Offriamo la possibilità di soggiornare nella nostra tenuta, nonchè un casale dell'800 appena ristrutturato con annesso essiccatoio. Francesca è architetto e si divide tra Milano e l'Umbria, mentre Sandra vive a Perugia ed è imprenditrice nel settore hospitality.
La tenuta - Azienda agricola "Nestore"- è circondata dall'omonimo fiume, piantagioni di tabacco, magnifici girasoli e spighe di grano.
