Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: double bed (futon), ceiling fan and a work desk, great for working from home.
Spacious living room with ceiling fan, hammock, 1 sofa bed and 1 air mattress, for groups of up to 7 people.
An extra floor fan is available.
Bed linen and towels included for the whole stay.
2 fully working bathrooms: one main bathroom and one service bathroom, which is smaller but has a shower.
Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and air fryer. Washing machine and fast wi-fi (about 390 Mbps). Well-equipped apartment, with furniture in excellent condition.
The streets around the building are safe and lively, including at night, any day of the week. Back-facing apartment, so super quiet. Calm neighborhood.

Police station on the corner and Bike Rio stations nearby. 4 supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great for enjoying the beach, New Year's Eve and Carnival, and coming home to a quiet night's sleep.
Small pets (up to 10 kg, 1 per booking, vaccinated) are welcome for a fee of R$ 210 per stay. All windows have safety nets, and the apartment has cat-friendly features. My cat does not stay during guest stays. Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas. Any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets is charged to the guest.
The apartment is my home: the closets are not completely empty, but there is free space for your things in each room (bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen). I check the items after check-out. The decoration reflects my life: family photos, my work and my activism, musical instruments, plants and images from different religions. I have been hosting for 13 years. Quiet hours from 10 pm.
