3 Huge bedrooms:
*Master - Super King bed, super single sofa bed (upon request as additional), en-suite separate bathroom & show room, Smart TV, attached to pantry with fridge & AC. Sea view ($120 on its own).
*Bedroom Upstairs - 2x Queen beds with AC, sea view . Shared Bathroom ($90 on its own)
*Family Room - King bed, single bunk, baby crib, folding bed frame with single mattress with AC, has terrace and sea view. Shared Bathroom ($80 on its own)
*Attic - 3 single floor mattress with Air Conditioning Split type and fan. Shared Bathroom ($50 on its own)

NOTE: Base price for 2 is for the Master's Bedroom with en-suite bathroom or the Family Room with 2 queen beds. 3rd-6th guest will be in Family Room. Only booking with 7 guests onwards will be accommodated in the entire house and use all 3 bedrooms. Unused bedrooms will be locked. Your privacy will be ensured as the other rooms will not be rented to other guests even if you only book one room. The house is NOT shared with other guests.

Pick up from airport or ferry terminal in Tagbilaran is available for FREE for bookings 6 nights and above (not applicable with super discounted rates).

*Shared fridge near dining area.
*Heater for hot water/shower. Extra bathroom outside near the kitchen.
*AC in all bedrooms including the attic - split type aircon.
*Internet wifi is available.
*Nice, ample seafront garden and outdoor area to enjoy with guest huts.

**Rates do not include breakfast. Please check if booked dates include breakfast. Breakfast is home cooked, it is simple, and local: Coffee, juice and water, toast, an egg each, available meat produce and a seasonal fruit.**

Location and Convenience
Passionately designed house, located at Naatang, Jagna, in the southern part of Bohol, is a Balinese-inspired haven. This vacation house is just a few steps to the sea. It offers private bliss to both domestic and international tourists who want to unwind and get away from it all, or to those who simply want to sample the provincial life in a fishing village and the view of Mindanao sea. Glass windows and doors offer natural light and striking sea views, and on clear days, you will enjoy the silhouette of Camiguin Island and the fjord of Guindulman and Anda.

More about the seaside house
Staying in your own vacation rental house provides you with the privacy of your own home, within your affordable budget. In addition, being true to its offer of a worry-free vacation, when you rent the house it comes with maid service (additional al cost), we can cook meals with advance notice, wireless internet (can be slow during stormy weather, it works fine with social media sites and email), cable tv and other amenities that you have at your own homes. Family and friends can take advantage of what the seaside home has to offer, since not only can this two-storey house accommodate 14 people, the local host will be happy to arrange an array of activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, a guided day tour of Jagna town or a round-Bohol exploration and more (at cost provided by local travel and tour operators, subject to availability). In the evenings you can always looked forward to the breathtaking full moon or sea breeze, which you can enjoy while sitting at the veranda or gazebo.

The Family Room
Existing Beds: One king size bed & one super single bunk bed & one baby cot (Mother Care)
Maximum Number of Guests: 3 Adults & 2 Kids below 8 years old or 4 Adults & 1 Kid
Amenities: Second floor with terrace facing the sea with high ceiling, aircon, common huge bathroom with hot & cold shower, TV, LCD player, adjacent to dry kitchen.
Regular Price: P4,000 for two

The Attic Room
Existing Beds: Two-three single floor mattress
Maximum Number of Guests: 3 adults or 1 adult + 3 children (below 12)
Amenities: Second floor at the back area, common huge bathroom with hot & cold shower, fan, TV, access to dry kitchen, magazines and books, game boards, kids toys

RENTAL RATES for Rooms only and entire House

ENTIRE HOUSE:
Daily: 18,000 Pesos (for 6 people) extra pax chargeable
Weekly: 80,000 Pesos (6 people)
Monthly: 180,000 Pesos

For more than one month rental, feel free to contact us for the price.
The minimum stay is two days. A deposit of at least 1/3 (non refundable) is required to reserve the dates.

Friendly and Safe Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is safe and friendly. It's a fisherman's village and you will see early in the morning and late afternoon when the fishermen takes their bangka (local boat) to go fishing.

The area is conducive for walking, running, swimming, kayaking. You will see health conscious locals walking, cycling and jogging early in the morning. The locals are friendly, they will smile and say hello but are shy to converse further on.

Scooter rental is available, they will be delivered in the house at 600-650 pesos per day. Advance notice is advisable.

Just ask Nimfa (our caretaker) or message me about tours etc. We can organise a driver but please provide advance notice.

A good tip is to go into the Jagna Market for fruit and some food. Its just 10 minutes tricycle or tuktuk ride. Try the local BBQ for a special treat! The lechon manok is first class (BBQ Chicken). Plenty of fresh fruit around and you can always find snacks.

Jagna is famous for sticky Calamay sweet. You can visit Cheng's shop and if you're lucky they may give you a sneak peek of how they make it. It also has a beautiful waterfalls, Kinahugan falls, about half an hour scooter ride. The Jagna Port also has fast and slow ferries that go to Camiguin Island and Cagayan de Oro City. You can plan your trip to connect to these beautiful islands.

Jagna is perfect base for exploring the island. You can visit the touristy Panglao Island and Alona beach in 1 hour and 15 minutes, Chocolate hills and the countryside in an hour. You are also nearer to the not so touristy but more beautiful side of Bohol. Anda white beach is about 40 minutes drive, the Can-umantad Waterfalls surrounded by rice terraces is about 50 minutes drive. The scooter ride by the coast is already a scenic route. Explore and belong like a local.

Originally from Bohol, currently residing overseas, I have visited many places and accommodation types. I appreciate beautiful designs, modern and traditional, but I'm leaning towards simple, soothing and relaxing places as I get older. I hope to share my places to people who also would like to stay in places where there's more than just a bed and a view, where they can feel the local vibe.

Reliable and welcoming

When I'm in town, I will visit or socialise with the guests if available. A property caretaker (Nimfa) or my mother (Mrs Ranoco) will welcome the guests upon arrival and will be contactable throughout the duration by SMS and call.

I will be available to answer sms and emails during the stay but won't be there in person.

Depending on the package or rate, a daily, bi-weekly or weekly maid and gardener will be in the property from 7am to 5pm (longer if need be).
