SeaBlissJamaica in Tower Isle, St Mary, Jamaica, is a cozy and newly renovated (3) bedroom, (3) bathroom apartment with roomy sea themed indoor and outdoor living spaces suitable for dining or lounging on the large patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea. We accommodate UP TO 6 PERSONS

We are pleased to welcome our guests who can choose from three bedrooms that house One King, One Full and Two twin beds.

Pricing starts at up to 4 guests!! Add one or two persons to a maximum of 6 at an additional per person cost (Including children). The maximum number of persons in any one room is two (2).

If four persons are booked, two rooms are assigned and one room locked off for the duration of the stay. If requiring the use all three rooms with up to four persons booked, then please add AT LEAST one additional per person/rate to have access to the third room.

Boasting a fully equipped and updated kitchen with the latest appliances, you may prepare your own meals or our housekeeper is available at an additional cost starting at US$30.00 per day for four to six hours to prepare the most delectable meals. Tips paid directly to the housekeeper are encouraged and welcomed. Need a little extra? We are able to recommend an experienced Chef for fees starting at US$85.00 for 4 to 6 hours. 24 to 48 hours notice is required for either option. Just bring all your groceries with you.

"Office"
We provide a desk/desk chair and a few office supplies if working while vacationing. Tucked away in one of the bedrooms it allows for privacy and quiet when others may be at play

Laundry
Each wash/dry load is at a cost of US$25.00 payable to the housekeeper only if she is hired for the day at a cost of US$25. Please make request of the host with 24 - 48 hours notice.

Doorbell
The Doorbell at the entrance door has a movement sensor that snaps photos of persons in the hall way and steps leading up to the apartment for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment

Entertainment
Excellent Wifi is provided throughout apartment with extender to assist with good reception for multiple users. Smart Television in living pace and a television with ROKU in the master bedroom provides guests with entertainment. (Guests need their own ROKU login credentials)

Games such as Crimes against Humanity, What do you Meme, Friends or Faux, Scrabble, Cards and dominoes are available

Sea Palms common areas provide a large pool with pool lounge chairs and other seating and a private beach area. In addition, the beautifully landscaped gardens are the perfect setting for some fun with Corn Toss, Badminton and Play Day Toss and Catch, all provided for the exclusive use of D9 guests and should be returned after use.

We remind guests that although visitors are accommodated during the days, they are not allowed to stay overnight at any time. There is a maximum 6 persons allowed to sleep in side the apartment. Rates accommodate up to 6 persons including children. Please list the names of all guests prior to arrival. ID's are mandatory for the lead guest and required on request for accompanying persons.

Toilet paper and soaps are replenished for stays up to 7 nights. Thereafter guests are responsible to replenish their own items. Shops are located nearby.

No smoking is allowed anywhere in the apartment. this includes the balcony. a cleaning fee of US$250.00 is charged to have the space cleaned

SeaBlissJamaica @ Sea Palms is located in the quiet and picturesque area of Tower Isle, Saint Mary, Jamaica overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This ocean front condominium property has restaurants, a supermarket, shops n and major attractions nearby. Recently opened is the popular Summer House Restaurant at Harmony Hall which also boasts a boutique and Butcher Block Deli Shop for cheeses, meats and other delicacies.
Perfect for vacationers and as a work from "home" option, SeaBlissJamaica, Tower Isle, St. Mary is approximately 120 minutes from both International airports - Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston and Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica
It is also 15 to 30 minutes away from all the major attractions on the island including the famous Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Swimming with the Dolphin's at Dolphin Cove, Chukka Adventure Tours, Blue Hole and Prospect Plantation.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for years my passion is to ensure that my guests are always taken care of and I am always looking for ways to share my island and the friendliness of its people, with the rest of the world and to welcome my own Jamaicans who want to explore their country.
With over twenty years experience in the hotel and tourism sector, it has been a joy to transition to this smaller niche area of the business I gave so much heart to, and utilise all the experience I have gained over my career to make my guests feel that they are in my "home" away from their home. Every detail is thought out and the mission is to exceed expectations at all times and to respond to feedback so the next stay will be even better. We also made available an "office" area complete with desk and desk chair in one of the bedrooms with cupboards to store documents especially during a long stay, so privacy and a quiet area is possible to work in, even as others play.
It is important to me, that our guests relax and also have fun while staying with us. I share my passion with all my guests and hope that if you enjoy your stay, you will share the information with others. What an amazing blessing that I get to do what I love!
