Due to impact of Pandemic I would notice for monthly guest rate including:
**free pick up from The Airport
**free cleaning 15 days /1 time.
** Drinking water available
** High speed internet individual router and international channels tv.
** house items guest needs, tissue paper, soap shampoo detergent, towels, pools towels.
Rate not including:
** electricity and water,
Estimate for cost Electricity around USD (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , water USD 5-10
##electricity and water base on Government rate
##accept water for guest who book condominium type rate 35 THB per 1 unit as including condominium building office service, base on 1 month for water (condominium type) will be around USD 6 - 8

for my guest confidence. We are using Dettol + Alcohol clean the “whole” house. Bed linen & towels wash by 3 huge hot system steaming washing machines for your own safety & hygiene.

I love to travel around meet people and i'm a food lover. My previous job is imported products from oversea, over 10 years i has chance to stay at many type of Hotels. I found some satisfied some are not, especially Bedding & Cleanness. I know during traveling how suffering if couldn't sleep well.
Now i have a chance to open my houses. This is all i considering for my guests.
1). Free Pick up from Airport service 24 hrs available. Lady , Family with young children's or anyone. This is complimentary from me, for your own safety and convenient.
2). I choose the high quality Bedding & Sheet, Brand 100% Egyptian Cotton at least 400 thread count/10 cm or over. avoid you from any allergic. Bed i use counter brand same grade as Thailand Four-seasons Hotel use.
3). Those Bed sheet - Towels we wash it by my own 3 huge washing machine with steamer hot water systems.
4). I keep changing all Towels set every month, also steam washing wash it as well.
5). pH 5 Liquid Detergents.
6). Extra pillows (always 2 for each guest) in case if you like to sleep low-high pillow.
All of this Make sure its clean for my guest.
You will sleep tight from long journey, prepare yourself for next day explore your trip.
I try to help my guests comfortable and satisfied as much as possible during stay.
