This cottage is situated in an open orchard, over 2 acres with a lotus pond in front and canal in the backyard. It has 1 1/2 story with upper deck bedroom, one bathroom and high ceiling living room. There is large veranda suitable for morning coffee, relaxing or working area. New air conditioner, strong Wi-Fi. A 7-11 convenient store has now opened in front of the village.

The cottage is built with logs and bricks with large veranda. It is only 55 km north of Bangkok on Don Mueng airport side. The property is well- maintained with shady bamboo trees and many Thai fragrance trees and plants. We grow mango, banana, guava, and many other fruits in the orchard. The house is well- ventilated even during the summer months. You can enjoy the breeze and fresh air. It is in community of Thep Pratan Village, but away from main village road so the cottage is private and has relaxing atmosphere. We can arrange for transportation if needed.
The place is not far from Thammasat University (Rangsit), Asean Institute of Technology (AIT), Talad Thai, Wat Thammagaya, Tesco Lotus
supermarket mall with food mall, banks and book stores etc.

We have a friendly gardener living in the village whom you could reach for arranging transport, or request for any other assistance. He also works as a head guard for the village so knows the area and people very well. There is a couple in the village, English speaking, who operates a restaurant, laundry service and small grocery store.

There are food trucks selling fruits, vegetables, meat, noodle etc. passing in front the garden gate many times a day, if you want to cook your own food.

You can also order prepared meals from the nearby restaurant.
