This central cosy accommodation in Hradec Kralove, provided for up to 3 guests is located in our Family Home on the first floor. The two rooms are newly refurbished and include a private kitchen and bathroom with a big luxurious shower. The whole unit is accessable over the stairway of the house. In summertime, You are invited to have a barbecue in the garden and to jump into the pool. It is also possible to rent bikes from the landlord. The flat is located nearby the historical center.

The spacious accommodation is very nice for having a rest. In the bedroom you will find my great-grandmothers furniture from the 1900´s. The two wooden beds (1,90m x 0,80m) with two new mattresses are very comfy. In the newly done luxurious bathroom you will find a big shower at floor level with a rainfall shower head and modern floor tiles in natural wood look.
The new comfy lounge in the living room with TV invites to chill after a long day. The sofa can bei quickly and easily converted into a spacious bed. In the eat-in kitchen you can find all utensils you need. Our coffee maker Dolce gusto including coffee caps is waiting for you to have a delicious coffee to start into the day!

The location of our house is nice and calm, surrounded by one single family houses and garden. In a 20mins walk you get to the historical old town. There is the famous 72m high white tower with the second biggest bell in Czech Republic. From the top you have a beautiful view over the city. The historical City invites you for shopping and dining in one of the restaurants, where you can sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine or some of the great Czech beer.
Next to the house you can have a walk or run by the river Eagle (Orlice), located in a nature protection area. Only a few minutes away you get into the forest with different lakes where you can have day trips on a bike. In the forest are many little bars where you can have a some cool drinks like beer or the delicious raspberry lemonade and some simple but good Czech food.
In 10mins walk from the house is a new clean public swimming pool with slides and a sunbathing area.

I´m into Contemporary Dance and I love cycling through Berlin. When I go for holidays to Czech Republic to see my family I love to cycle there in forests.
