The flat has a big living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom and the flat is situated in a Residence directly on the lake of Garda. In the picture You can appreciate the wonderful view from the garden in front of the house, where from a private passage You can go directly to the beach.
The garden, of 2000 squares meters (shared with the other guests of the building), has marble tables where it's possible to have lunch or dinner enjoying the sound of the lake and of the birds, having the amazing view of 180 degrees on the lake of Garda. In the garden there is also a private shower.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows of the bedroom and of the living room are protected by railings. The flat has also a private terrace and a private garage.

The house is in the village of "San Benedetto di Lugana", between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. Its 30 minutes far away from Gardaland (the amusement park) and Verona (20 KM. far), and it's very close to the highway.

On foot you can reach several shops, like a supermarket, coffee shop, bank
We accept only periods of minimum one week, from saturday to saturday, except some period in winter time (low season).
Few meters from the house there is beach only for DOGS! So if you have a dog, this is the house for you!

EXTRA FOR ONE WEEK : if you would like the heating or the air conditioning on it will be an extra of 60 euro per week (tell me about it in your enquiry so I will send you the price updated)

The arrival time is from 15:00, leaving time at 10.00
There is in the house the little safe.
