# Additional Terms and Charges :

1) Resort Fee ;

a) Upon booking confirmation we will send you a payment request of $44.22 per room per night being resort fee, It needs to be paid through AIRBNB on or before the check in. we cannot add these charges in the reservation or pricing as it varies based on the number of rooms and number of nights.

b) if for any reason we do not send the payment request for resort fee before check in, You will be asked to pay at the front desk at the time of check in.

2) Check In / Check Out Policy ; Check in starts at 03.00 PM and ends at 12.00 AM (Midnight).

a) Check in after 12.00 AM (Midnight) is not allowed, It will be marked as a No Show, The said reservation will no longer be valid and any amount paid for the reservation is Non Refundable. If you are checking in late for any reasons, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the check in date via AIRBNB Message, Email.

b) Early check-in / late checkout fee: It is subject to the confirmation and availability, Minimum charges of $ 75.00 Per Hour Applies.

3) Housekeeping (Optional): Housekeeping Charges applies based on the services needed. Please refer to the price list placed in the room.

4) Extra Service Charges: Any charges that occur during the stay (Housekeeping, Room Service, Bars, Coffee Shops, Laundry etc.,) will be requested to be paid in full within 60 days of check-out.

5) Upgrade Options ; We have suites available in different Towers with Different Views, We will allot you the rooms you booked on a first come first serve basis. We do not guarantee any specific Tower, Floor or Views, If you have any specific requests for specific Tower, View or Floor, Please send us a message through AIRBNB and confirm with us before booking, We will try our best to accommodate your requests, Its subject to availability and confirmation with us in writing, Charges Varies & Charges Apply.

# Incidentals ; All the guest is required to pay an incidental of $ 100.00 Per Room Per Night at the time of check in. (This is Refundable upon check out within 24-72 Hours).
