This is a Guest House with home stay, Rahman share right part of his house to the Guests. Except this he serves lunch for groups who don't stay in Xinaliq, they just visit the village , have their lunch and leave the place. But this will not disturb you or other guests. Rahman's wife will cook tasty food for you. Also its possible to order barbecue, Rahman will organize everything.

Quba - one of the largest cities in Azerbaijan.The city is located 170 km to the north of Baku right on the picturesque hillsides. In the past it was the capital of Quba khanate which was founded in the mid 18th century.
The unsurpassed beauty of the local mountains was praised by such famous people as Alexander Duma-father, the Russian writer Bestuzhev-Marlinsky, the Norwegian traveler Tor Heerdal and others.
Indeed, the sceneries of Quba are hard to describe with words. It seems the nature has collected there the brightest colors: juicy greens of the alpine meadows, white snow caps, rapid transparent-blue mountain rivers. Worth visiting are the famous Afurdzhin Waterfall and Tenghi Canyon.
The notorius architectural landmarks are Dzhuma Mosque (19th century), Sakina-Khanum Mosque, Zoroastrian Temple in Khinalug village, the octagonal mausoleum in Agbil village (16th century), Tengialtyn fortress etc.
The symbols of Quba are apple orchards and beautiful Quba carpets which are popular far outside Azerbaijan.
About an hour drive along the new motorway from Quba district center, hidden on the northern slope of the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range, at the height ofm above sea level, there is the oldest Azerbaijan settlement - Khinalug. The villagers call it Kyat and designate themselves as kyaty - direct descendants of the biblical Noah.Khinalug is over 5,000 years old. For centuries, this village has been cut off from civilization by hard-to-reach mountains with dangerous rocky cliffs. Due to the isolation, its residents managed to preserve their unique language, not belonging to any language group, as well as traditions and customs found nowhere else.Khinalug population is about 2,000, all the residents are aboriginals, and divided into 4 families. Each family has its own graveyard, its own patterns for carpets and clothing. Khinalug residents practice Muslim and before Islam they were fire worshipers. This is proved by the fire temples and some semi-pagan traditions having nothing to do with the Muslim ones.
Red village. A little settlement lying on the left bank of the Kudilay river in the north-eastern part of the Big Caucasian mountain range is the only community for the mountain Jews on the territory of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Hello everybody, my name's Rauf Mirzayev, I offer several properties in Quba. I’m in Tourism since 2016. Mostly I’m famous as a local guide in Quba and up to now completed a lot of tours for visitors of Quba district.

In Xinaliq I offer guests warm atmosphere at warm family of Serkerovs. Rahman Serkerov and all the family members are very friendly and helpful . His wife cooks tasty food and sew hand made socks with nice ornaments.

The other Villas and Dachas are located in Qachrash village. This place is one of the busiest places in Quba and famous among the visitors. The host Yalchin will meet you and help with everything, even if you will need extras he will organize all that is possible (per extra fees) : Butler, housekeeper 8 hours, tours and many other

Except this you can ask me any help, I will help by possibility. And all time you will have support in English and Russian Chek information about me on net , Rauf Mirzayev .
We ask guests to be clean, especially in the bedroom. If you find that the sheets on the bed are not clean, let me know right away. Please don’t wait for this till the end and remind about it on the review. All things are possible to solve at the place, just tell us. One guest of Khinaliq guesthouse (August 2021) left a comment after checking out that the sheets were not clean. Although I talked with them all the time and they had no complaints about it. Even we met at the hotel where I work and even then they thanked me for all the help and said everything was great. But then they wrote on the review that the sheets were not clean. The owner of the house, Rahman and his wife are clean people. They always try to do their best for the guests. Therefore, it is not so honest in relation to them. I don’t want to write further what the stains were on the sheet from these guests. But your bad review will not prevent us from working. After reading all the reviews, any guest will understand that this is not an honest review, how can it be that not one of the 15 guests did not pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and only you saw. You only saw what you did by yourself.
