Morpeth Villa is a light, airy, comfortable, fully self contained villa suitable for up to 4 guests and only a stone's throw from the main street of heritage listed Morpeth. Boutique shops are only a short stroll away.

Tocal , Mindaribba and Wallalong House wedding venues are all within a short driving distance making Morpeth Villa a perfect location for wedding guests, family weekends, short getaways or business trips.

Morpeth Villa is located only a very short stroll away from the main street. Located in a quiet street and within a heritage listed neighbourhood, you’ll enjoy the pleasant and relaxed feeling Morpeth Villa provides.

Our Villa features a modern kitchen and bathroom, new reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets on both beds for those cool winter evenings (removed for summer), super fast and unlimited WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker and plenty of comfortable interior inclusions.

Our Telstra TV connection will ensure you’re able to relax and watch any of your favorite shows. We provide free Netflix. You will need to connect to your own account for other streaming platforms.

Luxurious bedding, soft towels and crisp bed sheets will add that little luxury feel to your stay. Essential toiletries are provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser. An Iron, ironing board and a hair dryer are also available at the villa.

Kids are welcome to stay. We have kid friendly BluRays, books and games to keep the kids entertained. Parks with covered play areas are close to the villa so they can enjoy a run around. If required, we have a portacot, high chair and pullout bed for your use. Please contact us at the time of booking if you require these.

Relax outdoors in our private courtyard and alfresco seating area with garden and soft lighting creating a relaxing outdoor atmosphere.

There is a BBQ available for you to use. The fully self contained kitchen is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, fridge/ freezer and a whole array of kitchen utensils. We provide a fresh bottle of milk, a selection of tea bags and varying strength coffee capsules for your stay. Coffee plunger and loose leaf tea are also available.

Morpeth Villa is small pet friendly with a fully contained yard. Bring your small fur baby along and let them off the lead at Morpeth Common for a run around or take them for a walk around the town. If you intend to bring your small fur baby along, please message us to let us know and we can leave out bowls and have some treats ready. **Pet fee applies

We have 2, free off street parking spaces - one is undercover and both are immediately beside the villa.

Founded in 1821, Morpeth was used as a river port to transport goods via river to Newcastle. An abundance of local history and heritage listed buildings - including the very first Arnott's Biscuits factory - are located in and around Morpeth and all within a short stroll from the Villa. There is a heritage walk around the area.

Great museums, cafes, boutique shops, restaurants, a convenience store with friendly locals and a fresh water river with boat ramp access all within easy walking distance. Parks for kids to play in are also close by and easy to either drive or walk to.

Morpeth Villa is centrally located to the surrounding Maitland and Lower Hunter area. You can explore Newcastle, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and all the beautiful wineries the Hunter Valley has to offer. We have an information book that highlights most key tourist places. We can assist in planning great places for you to visit.

Hi there,

My name is Katrina. I’ve travelled the world and have explored many amazing places but decided on Morpeth for my home. I love wandering around the streets, admiring the historical houses and stunning views. The river is just a short walk away, actually everything in Morpeth is just a short walk away!

I have a little dog called Baxter, he is very much a part of my family. That’s why I’ve made my little villa pet friendly so your furry friend can enjoy Morpeth too (and you save on kennel fees)!
