The Big Cottage has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, up to 20 people and a large dining room to be together.

The Big Cottage is ideal for groups of up to 20 people, where everyone will have their own private space and, at the same time, a meeting place with their friends or family to enjoy a perfect coexistence in a rural environment!

We share the outdoor spaces and the first floor of the Masia Grande (games room etc.) with the families of the Masia Pequeña (La Pallissa, El Graner, La Solana).

We live at the end of the property and take care of the spaces and animals. And in case of need, you know you can count on us.

Since we do not live in an isolated place, it is not possible to play music outdoors or indoors (if everything is open) or to carry out activities that may disturb the neighbors.

At the Big Cottage, we have an apartment on the first floor (Cal Secretari) and two other apartments on the second floor (El Mirador and El Rebost). We also have two independent rooms (the double room El Porticó and the triple room La Finestreta). It has an area of approx. 500m2.

The reception, games room, toilets and laundry are also located on the ground floor of the Masia Grande and are for communal use, i.e. to be shared with the Masia Pequeña.

NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE LARGE FARMHOUSE

Apartment Cal Secretari: Ideal for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms: One of them with a King Size double bed and its own bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other bedroom has three single beds (access through the King Size bed or from the outside) and its own bathroom with bathtub. This accommodation is 130 m2 and has a living room of 50 m2, which allows us to hold group meetings and meals very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Flat El Rebost: It has 69 m2. It is ideal for 4+1 people. It has 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, including bathroom. One bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Terrace and kitchen.

Apartment El Mirador: It has 82 m2. Ideal for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A loft with two single beds and a bathroom (gives access to a bedroom). It also has a kitchen and a terrace with beautiful views.

Bedroom La Finestreta: Ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. It has a bedroom with double bed and single bed, shower / WC (narrow access) in the room.

It will be necessary to leave a caution, that will be returned as long as the property is in the same condition as when you arrived: possible damages, cleaning of the barbecue/fireplace, clean dishes and put away in their place, rubbish in the municipal recycling bins, floors swept/mopped if necessary, etc.). You can choose whether you prefer to carry out these tasks or entrust them to us. If any task has not been completed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit. 2-The houses of Can Gat Vell have been categorized with "claus" and "espigues" by the autonomous government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, to determine their quality.

3-We live in the property and we make sure that all is in order, we make daily the maintenance of the communal spaces and we are at your disposal if you need something.

4-Living in a rural residential area, music or activities that can cause noise and nuisance to other guests or our neighbours are not allowed.

La pequeña población de Llampaies se encuentra en el sector oriental del municipio, a dos kms. de Camallera, donde encontraremos todo tipo de servicios. El paisaje presenta terreno con suaves ondulaciones, campos de cultivos y pequeños bosques de pinos. Este pequeño núcleo está formado por vecinos de masías aisladas. El barrio de la iglesia es el vecindario más antiguo. A algunos 100 m al norte, hay un lugar más compacto “Vecindario del Puig”, que agrupa algunas casas, algunas muy interesantes y es donde nos encontramos “Can Gat Vell”. El vecindario de los Masos se encuentra a 200 m del Puig. Sus casas son anteriores a finales del siglo XVIII, la mayoría pertenecen al siglo XIX. En este núcleo viven aproximadamente 100 personas.
