Honeysuckle faces an enchanted garden that you are free to discover & profit from. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom +big living room with a kitchen. There are lots of relaxation spots in the garden! Olhao with its amazing character, fresh veggie/fish market, and the islands is just 10min away. Feel free to eat fruits you find. The orange orchard is backing the pool and behind 2 wooden gates. All the furniture is designed by my husband & brought from his factory in Java. It's esthetic!

Our whole quinta is an old, traditional property. It is not a modern, plastic house, so please make sure you understand what you are renting. It’s a rustic and very charming place and needs a loving approach. Our walls are not straight, the insulation is not like in condos and one must make effort to use the woodburner and dehumidifier in winter. You need to have a bit of a scout attitude, but then the place will resonate with you fully.

This is a perfect solution for anyone who seeks for a beautiful place, with a completely amazing garden and just 10 mins from Olhao. The vivid artistic touch of our property is also important. So anyone seeking for a stay in a beautiful and unique environment is more than welcome!
In winter season you will have two woodburners and a gas hotspot to keep you romantically warm. The wood logs are between the main house and the cottage. Practice using woodburners before, if you are not used to them :-)

Please note that the living room/kitchen is an outside /semi-detached building. You need to go out from the bedroom to get to the kitchen/ only a couple of steps/.See photos in the photo section.

Next to Honeysuckle there are also Jasmin, Loft and Pepper Tree cottages that are also on my profile here. You can rent all of those cottages and come with a group of friends! Our main house is also listed on my profile. If you wish to have complete privacy, you should take the whole property: a separate listing was created for that purpose: Private quinta with swimming pool...

The wifi is steady and good, but it’s not fiber. Range: HOME, pass: quelfes12

The pool and garden are shared spaces with the guests from the cottages and the main house.

You are free to discover our vast and mature garden and all our outdoor spaces like dining terraces, swings, SWIMMING POOL, too. You are welcome to use all the facilities our vast property offers, but please respect them. Any fruit trees you find: please help yourself.
Please note that it is the main house that is on the profile photo and not the cottage. The cottages are to the right side of it. There is a big parking space on the property.

Casa Stardust is on gogle maps so you can find it easily- I will send you a location pin.

Please be aware of the fact that:
- we have cats on our property /allergics/.
- the swimming pool is in front of the main house and not in front of the cottages.
- there are 3 more cottages and the main house on the property, therefore the garden and the pool are shared. Each cotttage has its private space belonging to it.
- the pool is not heated.
- our internet is starlink
- the kitchen is a semi-detached building from the bedroom part. You must go put of the bdrm to get in to the kitchen.

-We also have a private 2-room apartment on our own property near Fuseta/ check our page/

according to the new law from june 2023 we are obliged to collect a tourist tax of 1€/person/night in the low season /November-March/and 2€/person in high season /April-October/. It will be collected upon your arrival.

Casa Stardust property is placed in a traditional small village of Quelfes only 10 mins from a very beautiful town- Olhao. You will find hourself super close to the beaches of Armona/Culatra/Farol-3 islands in front of Olhao's harbour, to the best market with fresh fish, vegetables, fruit, etc., in the area, to the magnificent beach of Barril /25 mins drive/ and to the vibrant Faro with its airport /25 mins drive/. Olhao has its amazing charm of a fisherman's coast town with its great architecture, artistic expats, vibrant and serene aura. Casa Stardust is also a 30 minute drive from the Spanish border where you can discover the beautiful town of Ayamonte straight after the border or enjoy magnificent Sevilla that is only an 1.5h drive from here. It’s an excellent starting point for biking in the nearby villages, exploring the Natural Park of Ria Formosa, exploring Spain's beauties, and Algarve's richer part- Quinta do Lago/Vale do Lobo. You can reach the islands of Ria Formosa and the beautiful beaches of the area from Olhao Harbour. It is also a departure place for the boat tours, surf, visits of Ria Formosa Parc and all the summer activities. Our house is a very big property with a huge garden spreading in front of it.
