Our entire apartment building only occupied by fewer families, with each floor only contains two families. In our 10th floor, although, there's another family set opposite side, the neighbor rarely returned to their apartment, because they typically live in one other different home - this situation provides us even more private, serene feeling.

I am Paul Hsu, with my wife Liz Wang, we have two grown children, both of whom attended Kennedy Junior High school in Cupertino and Monta Vista High School. My son was graduated from UC Berkeley and currently worked in San Francisco, CA. My daughter graduated from the Art & Design school in Los Angeles, she currently worked for a design company in LA.

I immigrated to Silicon Valley thirty years ago from Taipei, Taiwan; at that time people knew Taiwan as the "Hi-Tech Island." Hence from the time I immigrated to the US to start a PC business. From year 2010, I changed my career, and becomes a California licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Mortgage Loan Broker.

Because of my wife's insistence, we move back to Taiwan months ago. We truly believed that, because of our life experiences, you, as of our guest can be rest assure, when stayed in our apartment, and yet, for your journey, you will be very comfortable and relaxed.
