Two bedroom comfortable house is conveniently nestled in the residential area of Leeward Palms less than 5 mins drive from the center of Grace Bay area.
Air conditioning in bedrooms only - when not home please turn off.
Enclosed yard.

Rental Car recommended.

Two bedrooms one room with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. Bathroom has a shower and a tub.
Kitchen fully equipped: microwave, stove with oven, coffeemaker and toaster oven. Blow dryer, Iron and Ironing Board available. 32" TV with local cable in each room. Washing machine.
House has an enclosed yard, spacious space with all the comfort of home and the convenience and proximity to Grace Bay area. There is an efficiency attached to this house where our son resides.

We are a local family that enjoy the Island life, meeting people and the opportunity to show off our Island to others.
Outside of our professional jobs, most of our activities are center around the schedule of our kids, however we do enjoy dining, the beach and boating whenever the opportunity allows for it. Our biggest love is travel, there is always an exciting adventure on the horizon for us.....Brazil, China, London, Amsterdam, Spain, Africa, Canada, Dubai, USA, Singapore, Indonesia Barbados, Bahamas, Puerto Rico etc...where do we go next?

With all the travel - there is still no place like home and we look forward to welcoming you to our home, by extension our Island.
