We're located on Historic C-Street, home to artisan shops, Askinosie, a farmer’s market, yoga studios, wedding venues + more. Downstairs from our hotel is our very own coffee shop!
Our loft-like suites feature furniture made from reclaimed materials from our building, a converted mattress factory. Each suite is inspired by a city in Eurasia. The rooms boast high ceilings, skylights, a 39in tv, a refrigerator, microwave and a V60, Electric Kettle, + complimentary coffee from Eurasia Coffee & Tea.

Justin and Karen both grew up overseas - Vienna, Austria and Tokyo, Japan respectively - their parents both missionaries.

Justin started the coffee company, Eurasia Coffee & Tea four years ago. It's a give-back company that sells coffee to businesses and churches nationwide. (10% of all sales go towards humanitarian efforts across the world, but specifically in Eurasia!) When looking for a place to house their offices + a flagship cafe, he found the building our hotel is located in. Justin, who formerly restored historical houses in Lancaster, PA, renovated the building (it was in poor condition!) and decided to turn the extra loft-like rooms into a boutique hotel.

Karen lived and worked in New York City as a photographer for 7 years; she moved to Springfield in 2014 after meeting Justin and falling in love. She's the Creative Director for Eurasia Coffee & Tea and still photographs weddings all over the world.

When you arrive, please check-in with our staff in our cafe (Eurasia Coffee Co). They will provide your key and check-in information! :) If you arrive after our cafe has closed, we will contact you with self check-in instructions, including a code to our keypad entry and where you can find your room key and room.

If you need anything, you're welcome to ask our staff downstairs, or we're just a call/text away!
