Visit also Kjerag, Ritlandskrateret, Trodlatysdal, Skomakernibba, Flørli with its 4444 steps, Landa prehistoric village.

Jørpeland is a village between the fjord and majestic mountains. It is in the southern part of beautiful Ryfylke area, well known for its numerous hiking possibilities.

We are located 8 km from the Pulpit Rock. There is also a new, long hike to the Pulpit Rock, a nice challenge for the fittest. Kjerag, Ritlandskrateret, Skomakernibba, Flørli with its 4444 steps, Landa prehistoric village are all in the area. If you want a really unique hike you can go to Trodla Tysdal, the most remote, active farm in Rogaland, where you also will find a Tourist Station. You may also go by boat and order a meal, and the owner is a very good historian and story teller. www.trodla-tysdal.no

I enjoy life, and find happiness in small, daily things. I have lived with a disability for half of my life, so my work is at home. My husband, Vidar, and I sing in a vocal group, and we enjoy singing and playing different instruments.
Light gardening and knitting give me great pleasure, along with cooking a nice meal. I also read a lot.

I look forward to welcoming you to our home, and will be ready to enjoy your company if that is your wish. Children are especially welcome here.
