There is NO SMOKING in the apartment or on the balcony, but designated smoking areas are available throughout the property.

Guests will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of Government issued Identification at least 24hr prior to arrival to be in compliance with Harbor 171 Security. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules

Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may lead to the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

The gym is closed every Wednesday from 11 AM to 3 PM for deep cleaning and 2 pools will we closed starting September 15th for repairs.

NO PETS AT ANY TIMES.

THERE IS A $45 FEE FOR EACH LOST KEYCARD.

ALL GUESTS 18+ MUST PRESENT AN ORIGINAL, VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID AT CHECK-IN. COPIES OR PHOTOS OF IDs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please note that as this is a brand-new property, the main entrance and driveway area are still being completed and have not yet been paved and developed.
