Built new in 2024, it was designed and conceived as accommodation for disabled people. Its position is about 30 meters from the sea and in particular, from the "Lo Scaletto dei Pescatori" beach dedicated to the landing of disabled at the seaside.
The large spaces and furniture (kitchen, bathroom, electric bed, mattress, etc.) are specific to overcome architectural barriers. The colors in shades of turquoise give a sense of joy and freedom and are reminiscent of the sea and a flying seagull.

The accommodation is free of architectural barriers, located on the ground floor and with 90 cm wide doors, fixed ramp at the entrance for easy entry with a wheelchair. the spaces inside are large. The kitchen is built specifically for disabled (low oven with retractable door, free space under the sink for wheelchair, induction hob to avoid burns), the bathroom is equipped with sanitary ware for the disabled and floo-level shower cubicle with support handles and shower chair. In the bedroom, you will find an articulated electric wide bed (three parts) with its specific mattress and a normal bed for the companion. The cabinet is equipped with a system for lowering the clothes rail. the accommodation is also equipped with a small space with a washing machine which, however, is not accessible with a wheelchair. However there is a laundry shop immediately in front of the house. The accommodation is also equipped with an alarm system both in the bathroom and in the bed dedicated to the disabled.
