Hello dear Guests! This is my no-share, quiet and very clean flat that I have recently renewed.
I offer it to my Guests because I now live in the country.
It is collocated at 10 minutes on foot from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station.
It has a nice balcony that overlooks a green garden.
From my flat you can reach all the monuments easily on foot or by bike, or also by bus.
To rent a bike, you can download the app MOBIKE, it is fun!
Car parkings are available in the street under my house.

Normal regional trains will also take you to Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, Pisa, Viareggio and Cinque terre.

-HEATING FOR WINTER AND AIR CONDITIONING FOR SUMMER.

It's composed by a living room with a double sofa-bed and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.

I always take care of the maintenance of the furniture, and I check that all the appliances work well.

My house is in a nice position.
The first monument is at 300 mt on foot. (Fortezza da Basso)
Supermarkets are nearby (700 mt.) and also shops.
In the neighbourhood we find the Parco delle Cascine that rises directly over the river Arno, the garden with the lake called "LAGO DEI CIGNI", the Fortress (Fortezza da basso), Porta al Prato, Stazione Leopolda, the tipical Cascine Market ( so nice! To buy tipical food) Santa Maria Novella church at 800 mts, where you can find also the central station to reach Pisa, Lucca,Siena, Viareggio, Venezia, Roma and Cinque Terre in a few hours and the famous shopping center "The Mall" to buy Gucci,Prada, Dolce & Gabbana at very reduced prices. I can book the trains for you and help you at booking the tours :)

When my guests are happy I really feel great, so I look forward to welcoming you!!!!
I am sorry that maybe I will not be able to meet all guests because sometimes I have to stay at another job place, but I have a co-host and a very simple self check-in method!
The linings and the towels are provided by a professional laundry, and the apartments are cleaned with the maximum care.
