The entire space belongs to you and is totally your private space during your stay- absolutely no sharing !! .The Villa is perfect for two but can accommodate up to 3 persons. There is extra charge after 2 persons.

The Villa offers a private self-contained area, comprising open- plan lounge, kitchen diner, ensuite bedroom. Your space extending into your own private porch area. The Villa is staffed 24/7 which means there's always someone on hand to assist with any questions or advice.

This Villa is situated within a complex with five other properties, which share the onsite swimming pool and relaxation area.We cater for group travels and corporates, individuals working from home.

Please note, this is a self-catering furnished Apartment and not a hotel.

There is a supermarket-10minutes walk from the villa, a mall (Junction Mall)- 10minutes drive, all of international standard close to the Villa. There are banks, ATMs, pharmacies, beauty shops and forex bureau all within walking distance. There are many places to order a meal and have it delivered. Charcoal grilled chicken/lamb/fish with fried rice/ local joloff rice, french fries, a pizza or a great curry, delivered to your doorstep.

*You do not need to leave the area to access conveniences and leisure. The neighbourhood is very diverse offering mixture of residential and Ghanaian local community.

*The area is surrounded by shops, banks ATMs and fast food places like KFC Spintex and chicken Republic Spintex, all within short walking distance.

*There are a number of supermarkets (Baatsona Total Filling Station- 10 minutes walk)

*The famous Junction mall (of internationally standard) is just within 10 minutes drive.

*Within 5minutes walk from the Villa you will be able to access food/fruit and vegetables kiosks in the area, pharmacy and a forex bureau, a few places to order a meal and have it delivered like Papa's Pizza Spintex.

Electricity - This is supplied by top up credit to all units . This is a standard practice in many residential homes in Accra, Ghana. We provide electricity credit to get you started for at least a day thereafter, the guest tops up as they wish- Staff are on hand to help with the process of topping up/buying credit from third party companies.This model allows us to offer fair and reasonable rates benefiting guests . Same top up process applies for Data for Wifi . Location - Our residential self-catering units are situated conveniently @ Spintex Road neighbour close to shops, restaurants, grocery shops, Local Market (Texpo) and Junction Mall. This means you do not need to leave the area to access convenience and leisure. The complex always have friendly staff on hand to provide assistance as required. The neighbourhood epitomises everything that Ghana offers- fresh fruits, local food, beaches nearby ( short travel away), friendly people and many more!!
