The decor is modern/eclectic, with soft touches to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. You will have your own private entrance around back, allowing for as much privacy as you wish. Located between two beautiful lakes and just a few blocks away from coffee shops, boutiques, and great restaurants, there is something for everyone in Denver! Our home is located next to a beautiful 1 acre lot historical home. There is so much space if feels like you're living next to a park! Located close to I70, it's a quick zip to downtown and only 30 minutes to the airport. We are 5 min from the Highlands and Sloan’s Lake with plenty to local restaurants and bars near by. You have access to our washer and dryer, full kitchen, and back yard as well as the finished basement. You can come in through our back entrance, which is private, or through the front door. We are available and just upstairs if you have questions or need anything. We will respect your privacy and make sure that space is your space while you’re here! The Berkeley neighborhood boasts boutique shopping, charming coffee shops, and exceptional restaurants all nearby. Head to the parks and lakes for active days out and check out downtown for a more cosmopolitan experience. The parking on the street is great and there is plenty of it! You won’t have any trouble parking. There is close by public transportation and quick access to the freeway. We have a sweet sweet dog, who loves people. She can be around or not when you are here - whichever you prefer!
