My home is a lovely split level house with all 4 bedrooms on the 2nd level, so there are stairs. There are 2 Queen bedrooms available for guests and this listing is for the largest room and includes a continental breakfast. The other listing is the smaller room and is titled "Lovely bedroom in my quiet 2 level home". My place is suited for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
Strictly quiet indoors and outdoors after 11pm please.
