Budget Friendly Place, Minutes away from Downtown!We are a group of friends who live together, and your stay with us will be as if you are at your friend's place. It's a house with 4 small rooms. We have enough space for all. Guests will get their own small room (approx 10*8) with a Twin Sized Bed, a few basic amenities, a closet to keep their belongings and a restroom just beside the room. The restroom will be a shared one among two others (who leave to work by 8 AM, on all weekdays) It’s a small little place for weekly getaways on Budget!
Basement apartment with private entrance and bathA private side entrance and a large basement room with two lounging couches, a leather massage chair, and a queen size bed. Cable, wi-fi, and an additional hdmi plug are provided. Also supplied is a microwave, fridge and coffee pot for your convenience. You will have a private bathroom across the hall with a walk in shower. We are located within 15 minutes of all the major arteries around Pittsburgh as well as Downtown itself. We live upstairs and respect privacy and quiet hours.
Private, convenient, studio apartmentAmazing basement studio apartment located about 20 minutes from the airport and to downtown (depending on time of day and traffic). There is free parking, a private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, laundry room, dining area, and a 65-inch TV. There is a day bed and a futon. This listing and all amenities are not shared spaces and include a private entrance. I do live in the upper level with my pup, but no interaction is needed unless requested. Cleaned professionally between guests.
