Eine kleine Garderobe ist vor der Wohnungstür angeordnet. Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist eine Terrasse zum Sitzen im Freien. Der Blick ist in Richtung Weide und Wiese. Auf festem Untergrund kann gegrillt (Waldbrandwarnstufe beachten) oder auf der angrenzenden Wiese Sport betrieben werden. Die ruhige Atmosphäre ermöglicht viel Erholung.
