The structure is s totally renovated Mule Barn located on the historic I & M Canal. The stall, hayloft and open bays have now become a quaint and cozy apartment perfect for weekend getaways to explore all the North Utica has to offer. The property is located two walking blocks from downtown Utica.
The garage portion of the barn is our workshop for farm storage and to wash linens. The Mule Barn does not have a true kitchen but does have microwave, induction burner and electric griddle.
