This one bedroom apartment is centrally located, a perfect base from which to enjoy the bars and restaurants of the town as well as explore the stunning beaches of Newquay. The harbour and town beaches are a 5 minute stroll whilst a 10 minute walk will get you to Fistral beach. The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

Recently renovated stylish ground floor apartment with own private entrance, located in the town centre of Newquay meaning everything is on your doorstep bars, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to Tolcarne beach and Newquay train station.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed at an extra charge £25 per stay. Please do make me aware of you do want to bring a dog as have a few house rules for them.
We have maps in the pictures above of where the free parking is which is 2/3 mins walk away.
