The location is really just perfect. All the sunbeds and umbrellas on our beach are FREE-OF-CHARGE. You will also appreciate the studio for its comfort and the garden where you will be surrounded by lemon trees, orange trees, mandarin, grenade, grapefruit, hibiscus, jasmine, rose bushes, etc.

The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree orchard. It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with a shower. The living room occupies the second level, featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two beds. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 15-20 minute walk. It can accommodate up to 10 guests.
