This is a private bed and shared bath in one of Reno’s newest neighborhoods. This is a new construction home in the premier Lemmon valley of North west Reno. It is safe, quiet, and comfortable. Enjoy a free coffee/tea bar (see photos). A mini fridge with free water and drinks. Complimentary snacks. An excellent shower with all hygiene products (Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) provided. My goal is to make this stay more comfortable and convenient than a hotel, for half the price!

It is located in the NW of Reno, about 10 minutes' drive to downtown and 13 minutes' drive to the airport. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
There are 5 big shopping malls within 5 minutes drive.
All kinds of restaurants are also within 5 minutes’ drive.
It is 41 minutes to the Boreal, 50 minutes drive to North Star, Mount Rose and 1 hour 6 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort.
