An enormous house which is located in Side, Kumkoy is a place where you may let go your child to the sea and garden peacefully and alone. It has a good view of sea, a special beach(FREE for our guests) belonged to the site and it feels like you’re in a hotel. It is at a perfect location where the thousands of tourists rushed into. You may walk around, swim in the sea. You may reach Antient Side, the bazaar or the entertainment centers by walking. The house is newly re-decorated.

This spacious 4-room apartment with a total of 150 m² is located directly on the sea in a well-kept residential complex in Davultepe, Mezitli / Mersin. The apartment has two bedrooms and a very spacious open living, dining and kitchen area with access to a surrounding balcony.
