Brewery Tour & Tasting
Learn about the brewing process, Philly's brewing history, Dock Street's 30+ year history, and some of our most memorable beer recipes (Wu Tang Clan beer, anyone?) on this unique tour of our brewing facilities at our flagship Dock Street South. During this, we'll sip-and-savor a flight of 6 fresh beers from our draft list. I will tell you about our recipes, the ingredients, and the inspiration behind our beers. The Black Journey- Philadelphia Black History Walking Tour
The tour will commence at the Independence Visitor's Center with an introduction to the topic of Black History during the colonial period. You will hear about the role that Black Americans played in the founding of the nation. The group will continue to the President’s House and hear about the 9 enslaved people who were held there. The group will hear about Martha Washington's handmaid who ran away to escape slavery. At the next stop you will see where The Fugitive Slave Act 1793 was passed. The next stop is Congo Square where people of African descent held celebrations. It is also a potter's field where free and enslaved Africans are still buried to this day. The next stop is Mother Bethel AME Church. There is where the African Methodist Episcopal Church was established and is the oldest piece of real estate owned by people of African descent in the United States. You will hear about the liberation of a woman whose owner attempted to abduct her back into slavery and the trial of her rescuers. You will also see the traditional sites of Independence Hall, liberty bell, Congress Hall, and much more Other things to note Masks are required. We will be walking approximately 1.5 miles for the tour on uneven and cobblestoned surfaces. Please wear comfortable and sturdy footwear. We will continue the tour during light rain.

On this tour, you'll join me as we explore the city and food culture through the medium of donuts. You'll learn history of Philadelphia, each donut location, how they fit into the larger food scene, as well as try some amazing donuts. We start from Federal Donuts on South and 6th Street where we'll try some hot and fresh donuts along with their seasonal flavors. We'll then move on to Dotties Donuts where we try the vegan donuts you'll have no idea are even vegan. Next we'll stop by Sweet Charlies for a sweet surprise you won't believe. And lastly, we end at Reading Terminal Market to try Beilers - some of the best classic donuts around. Throughout the tour, we'll sprinkle in history, humor and fun facts regarding Philadelphia. I will welcome guests into an after-hours coffee shop. First, we will share our personal experience with coffee. We will take turns telling stories of the first time we had coffee, and what it means to us now. Then, we will learn about coffee! We will learn about different roasts, origins, and preparations. Each phase will include a tasting and discussion portion. Guests will leave with a new appreciation for coffee. They will know the basics to make/find their perfect cup!
Espresso & Latte Art Class
Learn how to prepare espresso AND make latte art! We will go through the basics on how to achieve a great tasting espresso recipe. Then we will use those espresso coffees to make cappuccinos and also learn latte art techniques. This is a fun and interactive class for beginners and anyone who would like to learn how to create milk based drinks or improve their latte art skills.
Learn to Roast Coffee in Philadelphia
Coffee roasting and tasting class: learn and see what is involved in the art of coffee roasting. I will provide a demonstration for guests by using a commercial-grade machine at a professional coffee roasting studio/lab. Guests will be able to participate on a hands-on level. I will show all the necessary and important steps throughout the coffee roasting process. Afterwards we will all taste the coffees together, try different methods of brewing, and more! This is a great activity for coffee lovers and everyone in between. It allows for unique interactions, conversations, new ideas, and the opportunity to learn so much that wasn't known or experienced before. The classes are always very fun and you will take something new (and coffee beans!) home with you.

This 2.5-hour gourmet tasting adventure in the heart of Philadelphia will introduce you to tastings of 5 decadent and gourmet treats at 5 of the city’s best foodie destinations! Your friendly and knowledgeable guide will start you off at the iconic Reading Terminal Market for an insider’s highlight tour that will introduce you to the market’s history, layout, and stops at 3 food havens not to be missed. Paint, Make & Take it!
Guest arrive and get settled in. Guest chose to paint either a wine glass, canvas, or wood plank at our studio. Guest are given step by step instruction from the beginning to the end of a chosen painting. Guest get to paint along with me or they can go rogue and paint whatever their heart desires. When guest complete their art it will be mostly dry by the end of their session, if not we provide blow dryers to speed up the process for those who have to get going. Our studio is always setup for painting. All art supplies (paint, canvases, brushes, easels, and smocks) needed to create the painting are provided. We also provide bottle water, and wine glasses. Other things to note We can accommodate couples, groups, individuals, families, and more. We are accessible via all local highways, and bus route 23 stops right outside our studio.

This experience captures a piece of the Philly culture and is lined up so that every stop is a hop and skip away from the next. With this tour we skip every line and pay no covers. It’s 5 of our favorite bars with a secret bar or speakeasy along the tour; That even people that live in the city don’t know about. We will have a few drinks at each stop and makes some friends along the way. Look forward to having a great time with you. Paddle Fit on the Bay
PADDLE FIT is an amazing experience in the Wetlands of our S. Jersey shore! Our group will meet at 57th Street Public Access Bay with a lesson on how to use most effectively the paddle and board. After some sunscreen we are off into the calm waters of the Avalon Bay. First we get used to the water temperature and understand that the boards stability - it doesn't want you to fall off! We move into the wind with simple paddling technique while kneeling or standing, and test some positions of strength, balance and flexibility with you body weight close to the board. I progressively get each person onto their feet. Depending on the groups intended experience, we can workout to burn calories, tone and find out some fun ways to get that cardio workout in that can only be done on SUP! OR we can tour the bay at our leisure and learn the natural habitat of the Flora and Fauna of the NJ BAY area. Finally we finish with stretching on the board and some very friendly and fun yoga postures that feel amazing on the SUP while back near the dock. Unaccompanied guests end up making friends and forming bonds and with other participants! And if all are agreeable, I can introduce a bit of light competition between guests with unique fitness moves that can only be performed on the SUP! Photos at the end and some hydration back on the dock complete the experience! Let's have fun on the SUP!

Philadelphia History, Highlights, & Revolution Tour
On this tour, we’ll explore Independence National Historical Park and the Old City neighborhood to see a plethora of historical landmarks! Along the way, your guide will keep you posted on the history of these sites and fill you in on all kinds of useful info for your visit to Philly. After circling Independence Hall, we’ll make our way through other areas of the park. You’ll learn about the history of the Liberty Bell and how it has been used over the years. We’ll see Carpenters Hall, where the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was founded. Next, we’ll head to the Museum of American Revolution, which offers an incredible look at the stories, artifacts, and people that shaped the American Revolution. We’ll go inside to see a presentation of George Washington’s War Tent ( when your tour is over, you’ll be able to get a discounted ticket to see the rest of the museum). As we walk through Old City, we’ll also pass by some favorite sites outside Independence Park, such as Elfreth’s Alley (the oldest continuously-occupied residential street in the entire US), showcasing incredible architecture dating back to the early 1700s, the Betsy Ross House, named after a famous seamstress and flag maker who is said to have sewn the first ever American flag, Benjamin Franklin’s Grave (bring a penny to toss!), and the outdoor President’s House Landmark where Washington and Adams lived.
