The cottage is an old stable block converted into spacious, accommodation. The accommodation comprises of a bedroom containing a double bed, off the bed room is a bathroom with walk-in shower, huge lounge with a sofa bed, separate sofa and desk, large full kitchen and a dining room.
The Annex also benefits from private use of a large garden and a parking space. All of this within walking distance on the South Downs and the historic village of Henfield. Additionally just 20 mins to the beach!

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available by prior booking.

Our home is a pet friendly escape from the hustle of everyday. We encourage you to take a walk in the grounds and when the nights draw in just put a log on the fire and relax. Our bedrooms provide a large twin room and a beautiful king sleigh bed with views of the 600yr Old farmhouse.
