Sunrises are impeccable. Incredible views of VT’s mountains. The cottage has a rocky beach and very good quality water. There is a dock to fish from and the fishing is tremendous in Cooper Bay.
Just 30 minutes to Burlington. Great restaurant options nearby. Grocery stores just minutes away.

Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront
This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch.
Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry.
The sunsets are simply phenomenal!
