our home has just been totally refurbished so everything is brand new and done with a modern high spec. we are in a quite cul-de-sac that's close to popular restaurant's and family friendly pubs.
We are within walking distance from Pontarddulais shopping centre which has a variety of big named shop's with plenty of parking also. we are a 20 minute drive to Swansea town centre and 20 minute to the beautiful Mumbles. Getting to the famous stunning beaches of the Gower will take you just 35mins.

Lovely house close to motorway and city centre
My cosy terrace house is on a main road off the M4 at junction 46 or 47 into Swansea centre. I'm on a main bus route too just a few minutes drive from Swansea railway and bus stations with all shopping retail outlets close by including Aldi, M & S and Tesco. The Liberty Stadium and Singleton Park are close enough for fans to attend gigs and sports events. We are also a few minutes drive from the DVLA and mid way between Morriston and Singleton Hospitals if you are here on business.
