This is a detached studio (like hotel room) guest suite that is separate from the main house. We updated to a full sized bed to accommodate for 2 guests at a time. This is the only bed in the suite (additional guests would need to sleep on standard sofa). The room is located in the front of the house and has its own complete bathroom. You can park in front of house and go through main iron gate entrance. The suite has an Airbnb label. We have a projector mounted for your use with cable included.

We have opted in to Airbnb Enhanced -This private walk-up flat is safe, quiet. The property is planted as a tropical garden. Walk to shopping, parks, bike to University. We arrange short-term stays in the area when we will be there to help with arrivals, stays and departures. Longer term may be arranged even when we are away. No smoking, pets, nor firearms please! The flat includes a bedroom, sitting area, full private bath & balcony, kitchenette, separate entrance, wifi, & HVAC.

This modern studio is fully equipped with kitchenette, washer and dryer and is perfect for long stays. Our guest studio is detached from the main house. The studio is located in the backyard with a private entrance. Located in a beautiful and safe Edinburg subdivision. You can park in front of the house and go to through the patio wood door which will be designated in check in instructions after booking.
