A beautiful and very well equipped annexe attached to our house, essentially a flat, it is completely self contained, private and spacious accommodation. It has its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge. An ideal base to explore Cornwall! All on one level and is perfect for couples or families with two small children (one on sofa and one in the cot). Small patio/green area as well as our back garden available which is shared with our 2 let’s.
PLEASE NOTE: This is just a sofa, not a sofa bed.

If you want a view, then you've got one here! Our simple but cosy garden room is set up for 2 people. Its a small studio with double bed, kitchenette and ensuite. Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon.
We are positioned centrally between the North and South coasts of Cornwall approx 1 hr from Lands End.
