."This Hidden Gem" The Dairy Barn is a beautifully styled Visit England 5 Star Gold Award Winning Converted Grade 2 Listed Self Catering Barn Conversion. Set in the heart of a idyllic village location of Ingham just north of the Historic City of Lincoln.
We offer guest spacious luxury cottage style accommodation with a homely feel with open plan fully equipped fitted kitchen where you can dine in style in front of the patio doors that lead onto decked patio area, weather permitting enjoy your meal ‘Alfresco Style’. Standing in its own private courtyard, within the owner’s boundary the barn is situated in the centre of the idyllic north Lincolnshire village of Ingham.
The two bedrooms offer Super king-sized beds with the facility for two twin beds if needed incorporating Egyptian Linen, fluffy dressing gowns and complementary overnight toiletries, each room has the facility of en-suite shower rooms.
The lounge is a perfect place to relax, authentic high vaulted beamed ceiling, oak flooring, comfy sofas, armchairs, Downstairs also offers a fully fitted utility and shower room.
On arrival you will find a basket of complementary ‘Select Lincolnshire local produce hamper to welcome you including traditional Lincolnshire Plum Bread, real ales and cheeses and other samples of our area.
Ingham boasts the second largest village green in the county and won Best Kept Village Competitions making this an ideal base for touring the county. Situated only 7 miles north of the historic city of Lincoln and only 5 minutes’ drive from The Lincolnshire Show Ground / Epic centre and RAF Scampton.
The village offers a general store & off license, a playing field with Children’s park, a choice of two typical country pubs which serve locally brewed beers, and award-winning home cooked food at the Inn on the Green.

En suite roof-room for 1 or 2 in Victorian Lincoln
The room is situated in the roof of my lovely Victorian house. It has an en suite shower, basin and toilet, and has a double bed, with small hanging closet and drawers. There is also a television for guests to watch with small sofa for relaxing in a little snug space (previous guests have called it a reading nook!) in the roof space. There is also a small fridge. The room is light and spacious, with velux windows overlooking the street in Lincoln's west end.
